With an impressive track record spanning 16 years in various HR roles, Adi is a true jack-of-all-trades, with an uncanny ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and ensure the well-being of the entire team. Whether it’s handling event operations or brainstorming swag ideas, Adi is the go-to expert for employee experience matters. Her proactive nature not only helps with day-to-day tasks but also drives initiatives that promote growth and development. In addition, Adi works closely with the firm’s portfolio companies, providing valuable operational and HR support and consultation. Before joining TLV Partners, Adi served as a Human Resources Business Partner and Employee Experience Manager at Psagot Investment House, where she led efforts to shape the organizational culture and managed employee lifecycle, cross-organizational HR projects, and much more. Adi holds an MBA in Finance and Capital Markets and a BA in Business Administration, both from Ono Academic College in Israel. Outside the office, Adi spices things up with Pilates, enjoys quality time with her two daughters, gets together with her women’s crew around Tel Aviv, and has a passion for all things sweet in various shapes and forms!
