Yaara Bar

Yaara Bar is an Administrative Manager at TLV Partners, responsible for facilitating office operations and fostering a welcoming atmosphere that starts from the moment you walk in the door.

With over a decade of experience in the creative industry, Yaara leverages her extensive knowledge to ensure the smooth functioning of administrative processes, providing operational support to the firm and its portfolio companies. She plays a key role in coordinating welfare activities, event logistics and utilizes her expert graphic design skills for the firm’s marketing efforts. She goes the extra mile to understand people’s preferences, creating an ideal workspace that fosters productivity, collaboration and growth.

Before joining TLV Partners, Yaara worked as a live events designer, specializing in motion graphics and graphic design for large-scale events such as Dua Lipa concerts, Louis Vuitton windows, and Rhianna fashion shows. Throughout her career, she wore many hats and honed her expertise in creating impactful and emotional experiences for a range of productions, including branding and art direction, making her ideally suited to handle the multifaceted demands of a dynamic and bustling VC office. 

She holds an M.F.A in Theatre Design from Yale University and a B.A. in Visual Communication from the Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design in Jerusalem. She is passionate about gardening, creating aesthetic flower arrangements, and spending time with her daughter.
