The calculator was downloaded thousands of times and we were inundated by feature requests, questions and recommendations on how we can improve the calculator. After absorbing the communities advice we decided to release a new and much-improved version of the SaaS metrics calculator.
V2 once again calculates your SaaS Metrics automatically and compares your company to widely recognized industry benchmarks. All that is needed is basic customer information which can usually be extracted directly from your salesforce or other CRM, and the calculator automatically calculates the metrics we believe critical to measure when running a SaaS business.
