Before joining TLV Partners, Shai worked at Balmoral Capital as an Operations Coordinator, where she supported office operations and contributed to large-scale organizational initiatives.
Shai is originally from Toronto, Canada and holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, which inform her people-first approach to operations and workplace experience.
