Rona Segev is the co-founder and Managing Partner at TLV Partners and is most passionate about investing in early-stage startups within the domains of Developer Tools, AI, Cybersecurity and Cloud Computing — passions that are reflected in her investments.

Bringing over 20 years of experience as an investor and an entrepreneur, Rona loves the adventure of reaching product-market fit and partnering with founders on this exciting journey. Among her notable investments at TLV Partners are Aqua Security, Unit, Run:ai, Aidoc, Quantum Machines, Firebolt, Laminar (acquired by Rubrik), Oribi (acquired by LinkedIn), Puresec (acquired by Palo Alto Networks) and more.

Before co-founding TLV Partners, Rona was a General Partner at Pitango and Evergreen Venture Partners. Throughout her tenure as an investor, she served on the boards of Varonis Systems (NASDAQ: VRNS), Traiana (acquired by ICAP), Skycure (acquired by Symantec), Identify (acquired by BMC), Actona (acquired by Cisco), Item Field (acquired by Informatica), Aduva (acquired by Sun), Worklight (acquired by IBM), fring (acquired by GenBand) and Totango.

Before she became an investor, Rona founded Kidum Multimedia, a 3D computer game company, which was acquired by SEA (1994-1998).
