Office Administrator

Maya Shoresh, Office Administrator at TLV Partners, is the force behind our smooth day-to-day operations. From juggling schedules and coordinating logistics to maintaining a warm, well-organized office environment, she keeps things running seamlessly behind the scenes. Maya also plays a key role in supporting our finance, HR, and marketing teams, contributing across the entire firm.

She holds a BA in Communications and Sociology-Anthropology from Tel Aviv University, with a focus on journalism. Before joining TLV Partners, Maya was part of Meta’s emergency response team. She also served as an Operations Officer in the Israeli Air Force, where she thrived in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment and managed complex flight schedules from start to finish.

Maya brings exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a calm, can-do attitude to everything she does.
