She drives the execution of key initiatives across events and portfolio engagement, fostering founder relationships and supporting the firm’s marketing and community activities. Her work ensures operational continuity across internal processes, systems coordination, and financial workflows, keeping everything running seamlessly behind the scenes.
Before joining TLV Partners, Maya was part of Meta’s emergency response team. She also served as an Operations Officer in the Israeli Air Force, where she worked in a fast-paced operational environment, managing complex flight scheduling and mission logistics.
Maya holds a BA in Communications and Sociology-Anthropology from Tel Aviv University, which contributes to her structured and collaborative approach to execution and coordination.
